Prof. Erik Dahlquist
is a senior professor at the School of Business Society and Engineering at Mälardalen University. Prof. Dahlquist started work at ASEA Research in Sept 1975. He did PhD thesis in separation technology for off-shore platforms in relation to this work. Prof. Dahlquist was a technical project manager for the development of the Cross Flow Membrane filter. From 1989 project leader for ABBs Black Liquor Gasification project. 1992- 1995 Department manager for Combustion and Process Industry Technology at ABB Corporate Research. Also a member of the board of directors for ABB Corporate Research in Vasteras. From January 1996- April 2000 General Manager for the Product Responsible Unit “Pulp Applications” worldwide within ABB Automation Systems.
Prof. Dahlquist is responsible for research in Energy, Building and Environmental Technology and the research profile Process and Resource Optimization 2000-2018. 20+ patents and 300+ Scientific publications in refereed journals or conference proceedings with referee procedure.
